銀(yin)(yin)(yin)粉(fen)(fen)(fen)填充型(xing)導電(dian)(dian)(dian)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao) 是目(mu)前最(zui)重(zhong)要的(de)(de)導電(dian)(dian)(dian)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao),作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)(wei)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)液基(ji)體的(de)(de),有(you)環(huan)氧樹(shu)脂、酚醛樹(shu)脂、聚氨酯(zhi)、丙烯酸酯(zhi)樹(shu)脂等。由于環(huan)氧樹(shu)脂的(de)(de)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)接(jie)性能優良,使用(yong)方(fang)便,因(yin)此在(zai)導電(dian)(dian)(dian)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)中用(yong)得(de)最(zui)為(wei)(wei)(wei)普(pu)遍。銀(yin)(yin)(yin)粉(fen)(fen)(fen)填充 型(xing)導電(dian)(dian)(dian)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)中所用(yong)銀(yin)(yin)(yin)粉(fen)(fen)(fen)的(de)(de)種類、比例、粒度(du)及形狀對 導電(dian)(dian)(dian)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao) 的(de)(de)性能有(you)很大影(ying)響(xiang)(xiang)。按照制造(zao)方(fang)法,銀(yin)(yin)(yin)粉(fen)(fen)(fen)可(ke)分(fen)為(wei)(wei)(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)銀(yin)(yin)(yin)粉(fen)(fen)(fen)、化(hua)(hua)學還原銀(yin)(yin)(yin)粉(fen)(fen)(fen)、球(qiu)磨(mo)銀(yin)(yin)(yin)粉(fen)(fen)(fen)和噴射(she)銀(yin)(yin)(yin)粉(fen)(fen)(fen)等多(duo)種,目(mu)前用(yong)得(de)較(jiao)多(duo)的(de)(de)是電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)銀(yin)(yin)(yin)粉(fen)(fen)(fen)和化(hua)(hua)學還原 銀(yin)(yin)(yin)粉(fen)(fen)(fen)。銀(yin)(yin)(yin)分(fen)子遷移現(xian)象(xiang)是膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)液固(gu)化(hua)(hua)后,在(zai)直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)場作(zuo)用(yong)下(xia)和濕氣條(tiao)件下(xia),銀(yin)(yin)(yin)分(fen)子產生(sheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)運動所造(zao)成的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)率改變的(de)(de)現(xian)象(xiang)。一般在(zai)用(yong)于層壓材料、陶瓷(ci)、玻璃鋼為(wei)(wei)(wei)基(ji)材的(de)(de)印刷電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)上較(jiao)易發生(sheng)。銀(yin)(yin)(yin)粉(fen)(fen)(fen)的(de)(de)用(yong) 量,通常(chang)為(wei)(wei)(wei)60-70%左右。如銀(yin)(yin)(yin)粉(fen)(fen)(fen)的(de)(de)用(yong)量過(guo)少,則膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)接(jie)強(qiang)度(du)可(ke)得(de)到(dao)保(bao)證,但導電(dian)(dian)(dian)性能下(xia)降(jiang);銀(yin)(yin)(yin)粉(fen)(fen)(fen)的(de)(de)用(yong)量過(guo)多(duo),則導電(dian)(dian)(dian)性能增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia),但膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)接(jie)強(qiang)度(du)明顯下(xia)降(jiang),成本也相應(ying)增(zeng)(zeng)高。通常(chang)情況而言(yan),銀(yin)(yin)(yin)粉(fen)(fen)(fen)填充型(xing)導電(dian)(dian)(dian)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao) 的(de)(de)固(gu)化(hua)(hua)溫(wen)度(du)越高,固(gu)化(hua)(hua)速度(du)越快,則膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)接(jie)強(qiang)度(du)越高,導電(dian)(dian)(dian)性越好,但施工工藝較(jiao)為(wei)(wei)(wei)復雜(za);如果室溫(wen)固(gu)化(hua)(hua),則固(gu)化(hua)(hua)時間長,膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)接(jie)強(qiang)度(du)和導電(dian)(dian)(dian)性均會受到(dao)影(ying)響(xiang)(xiang),但施工方(fang)便。
