尋找新(xin)的樹(shu)脂和(he)固化(hua)(hua)(hua)劑及其(qi)配方,制備(bei)多功能(neng)、高性能(neng)的導電(dian)(dian)(dian)膠(jiao)。環氧(yang)樹(shu)脂導電(dian)(dian)(dian)膠(jiao)的粘接強度(du)相(xiang)對Pb/Sn體系(xi)偏低,銀系(xi)導電(dian)(dian)(dian)膠(jiao)有銀遷(qian)移和(he)腐蝕作用,銅和(he)鎳(nie)易氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua),導電(dian)(dian)(dian)率較低且固化(hua)(hua)(hua)時(shi)間相(xiang)對較長(chang)。因此(ci),聚(ju)合(he)物(wu)(wu)的共(gong)混(導電(dian)(dian)(dian)膠(jiao)和(he)導電(dian)(dian)(dian)聚(ju)合(he)物(wu)(wu)的共(gong)混,改(gai)善其(qi)綜合(he)性能(neng))和(he)改(gai)性及由此(ci)制備(bei)的新(xin)型(xing)導電(dian)(dian)(dian)聚(ju)合(he)物(wu)(wu)是(shi)近幾(ji)年的研究(jiu)重點;開發新(xin)型(xing)的導電(dian)(dian)(dian)顆粒(li)。制備(bei)以納米(mi)顆粒(li)為主導的導電(dian)(dian)(dian)填料、覆(fu)鍍合(he)金(jin)或低共(gong)熔合(he)金(jin)作為導電(dian)(dian)(dian)填料,并且對導電(dian)(dian)(dian)粒(li)子的表(biao)面進行活性處理(li)是(shi)制備(bei)導電(dian)(dian)(dian)膠(jiao)粘劑的重要條件。
