電(dian)子膠(jiao)(jiao)水(shui)的(de)(de)(de)(de)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)領域(yu)非常的(de)(de)(de)(de)廣闊,在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)高(gao)(gao)新(xin)科(ke)技(ji)領域(yu),比如:電(dian)腦(nao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)芯(xin)(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)上(shang)也會(hui)用(yong)(yong)到(dao),而且能夠提(ti)(ti)高(gao)(gao)電(dian)腦(nao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)運行速(su)(su)度(du)(du)。電(dian)腦(nao)制(zhi)(zhi)造商(shang)與一(yi)(yi)個膠(jiao)(jiao)水(shui)專家合作,利用(yong)(yong)膠(jiao)(jiao)水(shui)把(ba)(ba)一(yi)(yi)層(ceng)層(ceng)芯(xin)(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)粘(zhan)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)一(yi)(yi)起(qi),研制(zhi)(zhi)出新(xin)型(xing)電(dian)腦(nao),希望(wang)通過這(zhe)種(zhong)方式,可(ke)以(yi)(yi)令手機和PC的(de)(de)(de)(de)速(su)(su)度(du)(du)提(ti)(ti)高(gao)(gao)1000倍。新(xin)型(xing)膠(jiao)(jiao)水(shui)應(ying)該讓疊加在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)一(yi)(yi)起(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)芯(xin)(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)具備良(liang)好的(de)(de)(de)(de)導熱性,確(que)保(bao)邏(luo)輯(ji)路線不會(hui)因(yin)過熱而燒毀。該研究打算制(zhi)(zhi)造由100層(ceng)芯(xin)(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)組成的(de)(de)(de)(de)商(shang)用(yong)(yong)微(wei)處理器。研制(zhi)(zhi)這(zhe)種(zhong)新(xin)型(xing)芯(xin)(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)關鍵(jian),是(shi)尋找(zhao)可(ke)以(yi)(yi)把(ba)(ba)超(chao)過100層(ceng)芯(xin)(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)粘(zhan)貼(tie)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)一(yi)(yi)起(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)方法。當前的(de)(de)(de)(de)芯(xin)(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)粘(zhan)貼(tie)技(ji)術被形容成就(jiu)像(xiang)用(yong)(yong)糖霜把(ba)(ba)蛋(dan)糕片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)一(yi)(yi)層(ceng)層(ceng)粘(zhan)貼(tie)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)一(yi)(yi)起(qi)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)把(ba)(ba)電(dian)腦(nao)芯(xin)(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)粘(zhan)貼(tie)到(dao)印刷電(dian)路板(ban)上(shang)時(shi),會(hui)把(ba)(ba)這(zhe)種(zhong)材料放在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)芯(xin)(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)下面,我們這(zhe)樣做的(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)部分原始,是(shi)借助電(dian)子膠(jiao)(jiao)水(shui)把(ba)(ba)熱量(liang)從‘夾心(xin)餅’的(de)(de)(de)(de)邊緣導出來。我們的(de)(de)(de)(de)膠(jiao)(jiao)水(shui)會(hui)把(ba)(ba)熱量(liang)更均勻地分配到(dao)所有(you)芯(xin)(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian),而傳統芯(xin)(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)雖然只(zhi)有(you)1到(dao)2層(ceng),但是(shi)一(yi)(yi)旦你(ni)把(ba)(ba)芯(xin)(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)疊加在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)一(yi)(yi)起(qi),溫度(du)(du)過高(gao)(gao)問(wen)題就(jiu)會(hui)變(bian)得(de)非常嚴重。”現在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)芯(xin)(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian),包括那些具有(you)3D封裝技(ji)術的(de)(de)(de)(de)芯(xin)(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian),事實上(shang)仍是(shi)2D芯(xin)(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian),它們擁有(you)非常平(ping)坦的(de)(de)(de)(de)結(jie)構。”迄今為止,大多數(shu)計算機能力的(de)(de)(de)(de)提(ti)(ti)升都是(shi)受到(dao)科(ke)學突(tu)破的(de)(de)(de)(de)驅使,科(ke)學家通過這(zhe)些新(xin)突(tu)破,可(ke)以(yi)(yi)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)更小的(de)(de)(de)(de)芯(xin)(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)上(shang)雕刻更小的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)路。這(zhe)種(zhong)新(xin)型(xing)“3D”方法能夠大大提(ti)(ti)高(gao)(gao)平(ping)板(ban)電(dian)腦(nao)等電(dian)子產品的(de)(de)(de)(de)速(su)(su)度(du)(du)。
